Crochet Therapy

So, my new years resolution was to craft more - which I have. However keeping everything up to date has been challenging. In February 23 I was diagnosed with the 'C' word. After many months of hospitals, treatment and numerous medical appintments I'm now getting back into the swing of things.

I've been busy making things that please me and bring me joy. I've combined my love of crochet and knitting to make some little creatures. Knitting and crochet is my passion and it has really helped me take my mind off things. Crochet is my therapy for mental wellbeing.

As we are heading into the warmer weather I'm currently busy making some cotton items for babies and infants. I’ve also been making toys which I’m sure the grandchildren will love.

Cactus Blanket

This lovely blanket with a cute cactus design is a free pattern by Daisy Farm Crafts. I have swapped the black cactus design for various shades of green and added some small pompom flowers.

I still have a multitude of medical appointments lined up but hopefully I'll be back to full speed in no time.

Bye for now and happy crocheting!
